Welcome to REVOLUT VPS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including our virtual private servers ("VPS") and domain registration services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Agreement
REVOLUT VPS provides offshore, privacy-focused hosting services. Our mission is to support free speech and digital privacy. We provide you with the tools (VPS, domains) to build your presence online; you are responsible for the content you publish.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must register for an account. We require only a valid email address for registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payments and Billing
All services are billed on a subscription basis. We exclusively accept payments in cryptocurrency (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Monero) to protect your anonymity. Services are provisioned immediately upon confirmation of payment on the blockchain. Failure to pay for a service renewal will result in suspension and eventual termination of that service.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
While we are a free-speech-friendly host, our services may not be used for activities that are illegal under international law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Phishing, fraud, or any form of scamming.
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or any other malicious software.
- Hosting child pornography or engaging in child exploitation.
- Engaging in activities that result in network abuse, such as DDoS attacks, mail bombing, or spamming (unless on a plan explicitly designated as "Spam Supported").
- Any activity that threatens our core infrastructure or the stability of our network.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services without a refund.
5. Abuse and DMCA
As an offshore hosting provider, we are structured to ignore frivolous complaints and most DMCA takedown requests. However, we reserve the right to investigate and act upon credible reports of illegal activity as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
REVOLUT VPS strives for 100% network uptime. While we implement robust DDoS mitigation and use high-quality hardware, we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. We are committed to resolving any service interruptions as quickly as possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
You agree to use our services at your own risk. REVOLUT VPS will not be liable for any data loss, damages, or financial losses arising from your use of our services. It is your sole responsibility to maintain regular backups of your data.
8. Termination
You may cancel your services at any time. REVOLUT VPS reserves the right to terminate your account without notice if you are found to be in violation of these Terms. No refunds will be provided for services terminated due to a violation of our policies.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our offshore jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
